焦永军1993年毕业于 扬州大学兽医学院,获得学士学位;2001年毕业于南京农业大学兽医学院,获得硕士学位;2005年毕业于南京医科大学基础医学院,获得博士学位。
1993-1998工作于 江苏省赣榆县疾控中心;2003-2004 美国VAN ANDEL研究所,访问学者;2005.8 –至今: 江苏省疾控中心病原微生物研究所;2013.4-2014.3: 美国哈佛医学院Dana Farber研究所,访问学者。
